Who Are The Geekettes?

We are 2 sisters (and a handful of fantastic friends) in Vancouver who took on a labor of love.  We saw a growing market of geek chic that only offered casual or casual cosplay styles.  But, we wanted more! We wanted fashion that celebrated fandom without sacrificing style.  So, we got to designing, illustrating, and assembling our own small line.  When we finally debuted our first designs in 2013, we received positive feedback and realized that there were others out there who want the same thing! We took a couple of years to do some research and expand our products to best cater to our fellow fan ladies!  These are our results:

• All of the prints on our skirts are original designs and illustrations by us sisters (or our fantastic friends)​

  • ​No official art or stolen fanart is used!

  • We design our prints and draft our skirt patterns before sending them to a manufacturer in order to have the lowest price possible.

  • Our prints are designed so that the skirts can be dressed up or down to show off your fandom at any occasion!

• All our online accessories are 100% handcrafted by us.​

• All fandoms are ones that we love in order to create the best designs and keep our focus!

Shipping Information

Currently, we only ship within Canada & the US.  We pack and ship our items once a week on Fridays.  The parcel will take 8-10 days after that in order to reach its destination.  A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the parcel is shipped.

Shipping costs are pre-calculated by the size and weight of the parcels.

For rush orders, please contact us to see if we can meet your deadline.  Additional fees may apply due to arrangements with our shipping providers.

Import Taxes or Customs Duty

If your order is shipping outside of Canada your order may be subject to customs duty and taxes.  Customs duty and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer, and we have no control over the taxes levied by your government. If you have questions about import taxes please contact your local customs office.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All prices are listed in CAD and all payment information is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Technology.  For more information, hover over the SSL Technology icon during checkout.  Currently, we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit card payments via Square or Paypal.  We do not accept mailed in cash or cheque.

​Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.  However:

• If a package has been lost or damaged in transit please contact us ASAP and we will sort it out.  We are more than happy to work with you in these events. 

• If an item is defective or damaged in transit, please provide a picture of the damage.  Returns/Exchanges will not be considered without a photograph of the damage.

• We will not receive any requests made more than 3 days after shipment arrival (according to the tracking information).

• There is no return/exchange for incorrect sizing purchases.  We strive to provide accurate measurements and product descriptions, so please take care to note the measurements before purchasing.
